Cooking classes
This activity will be held in the morning, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., on the lake deck, close to the playground area. The chefs will teach guests how to cook typical local food that will provide them with knowledge about the culture of Mendoza and of the country. Different cooking methods will be used (clay oven, sheet metal oven, grill, cast iron pan, etc.).
Guests will learn several cooking techniques and will participate in all activities related to the Art of Cooking: cut, knead, roast, share, etc. The class will end with a “Fuegos de Uco” lunch where participants will have the chance of savoring the meals they cooked accompanied with wines of Huentala Wines.
